The National Technology Security Coalition (NTSC) is the leading national organization focused on the voice, influence, and prominence of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). We ensure the CISO’s voice is heard in Washington, D.C.
Comprised of CISOs from Fortune 1000 companies and academic institutions from across the United States, our membership represents a wide cross-section of industries—sharing experiences, expertise, and ideas as they collaborate on issues of national importance to the CISO. Year-round, the NTSC actively advocates for important policy priorities—from federal privacy legislation to workforce development. As a result of the NTSC’s efforts, many lawmakers and policymakers now reach out to us as they draft cybersecurity laws, regulations, and policy

As a non-profit, non-partisan organization, the NTSC serves as the preeminent advocacy voice of the CISO and brings US Government and industry cybersecurity leaders together to network and solve today’s cybersecurity policy and collaboration challenges. Through dialogue, education, and advocacy, NTSC unites public and private leaders around national policies that improve national cybersecurity.
The National Technology Security Coalition (NTSC) was founded on January 19th, 2016, by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). The NTSC has grown rapidly into an influential CISO advocacy group in Washington, D.C. with the goal of improving national cybersecurity standards and awareness.
Today, NTSC provides a platform for CISOs to advocate for beneficial legislative and regulatory policies. The organization encourages dialogue about cybersecurity issues, laws, and regulations through advocacy engagement with congressional members, regional CISO policy roundtables, our annual DC Fly-In, and our National CISO Policy Conference.
The NTSC hosts four regional roundtables across the nation each year and a national conference in July in Washington, D.C.
Additionally, the NTSC hosts virtual webinars with key figures from both the public and private sectors.
